Listen Lights was rapidly scaling its business and workforce. However, employees’ awareness of and connection to the organization’s culture and values were not keeping pace, affecting business outcomes at every level.
ONE STORY SOLUTION
CONCEPT
The company already had six work principles that served as pillars of its value system, but they were abstract and difficult to relate to.
One Story translated these pillars into relatable nature-based metaphors, each represented by a familiar visual symbol.
STORY
Next, we wove these metaphors into a narrative film. Its central idea is that an idea is like a seed: nurtured by six natural elements—each representing a company value—it grows into a tree that bears fruit for the whole family.
PUBLISHING STRATEGY
Included the film in the induction program to introduce the concepts to new employees.
Displayed printed versions of the symbols throughout the workplace and placed video screens strategically to reinforce them.
Present the film as an expression of the company’s philosophy and values to external audiences at events, investor meetings, business conclaves, and other forums.
